I can't take all the credit. I'm sick with allergies and a possible sinus infection. My heart rate was elevated for four days straight and I was pretty much a walking inferno. From all the sweating I did in my sleep, I kept waking up dehydrated every morning.
Besides battling my allergies, my vacation and birthday were great. My mom bought me an Easter basket of candy, a cake for my birthday, and two pints of icecream. We kept up with my exercises in the form of running at the park on Saturday and Monday, then a Tabata class on Tuesday.
Thursday was my flight back and also the day when the progression of my allergies crossed over into sinus infection territory. Friday I slept all day but I got up and ate a meal at my regular schedule because of my blood sugar issues. Saturday, I felt improvement but my equilibrium was off. I didn't do anything strenuous because I really wanted be better for my housewarming party on Sunday. I did feel good enough for the party, but I'm not yet recovered.
Just a few more days. My biggest worry right now is this weight loss is due to loss of muscle mass.
