Hahaha! I made the silly mistake today to think that just because I felt good enough to run that it meant I was well enough to run. My heart was tired - and it should be. It's just not recovered from getting stuck in fatburn mode for four days. My heart rate is finally returning to its resting state. It probably needs another day of rest, but I'm hitting the pavement tomorrow too! Woot Woot!!!
Seriously though, I'm glad I did it. The weight I lose when I'm sick is never permanent, so if I want to really see this number stick I can't use any excuse to stop.
