I biffed it the past two days. Gotta get back on track and eat good food only on Sunday.

It's that whole "free food" thing that gets you. Particularly when you work in an office sitting on your ass all day long. Donuts, Hot dogs, Nachos, my parents taking us to Chinese food buffets when we see them... the eating on the run thing has to stop as well. Damn you Del Taco and your ever so cheap taco goodness!

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 April 2013:

wow you sound like me a few years back. What I did to over come this was to find a different solution and one that tasted good. Green smoothies was it and lots of veggies especially mushrooms. Its a whole new mindset but you would be amazed at the drop and how much better you might feel. Check out the movie Fat Sick and nearly dead. I am pretty sure it is on Netflix.
