While for the most part I've been trying to eat better, I do feel like I "Fell off the wagon" on Sunday. I was having a bad day, didn't want to cook anything and when my wife and I finally agreed on where to go for dinner I ordered the greasiest thing on the menu. Not to mention too many burgers over the weekend as well with being on the road so much.
I guess at least I replace fries with a salad if it's an option, and generally avoid soda.
It's still a long hard road ahead, and I need to be more careful about what I eat.
