skipped dinner yesterday, decided i ate enough during the day so just chewed some chewing gum:) I'm too scared to go to the doctor today for my fill, im feeling fragile and really not up for pain today. Next week. Thinking I should go for light dinners this week- fruits. My weight has finally started shifting and I think its because I have been eating more than usual. Every day there's a shift i the balance. MY trainer told me that my body is aware that im trying and wanting it to shrink so its being stubborn...which is why I stagnated for about two weeks but ever since I started eating grilled bread in the morning, eating more than a fruit, Ive been shifting. Body and mind working together- one is the mere extension of the other rather than a separate entity-reminds me of Nietzsche.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
