Gained 3 lbs when I ate salmon, green salad w/oil and red wine vinegar plus some steamed vegetables at the Orleans. Surprised me since I kept on Atkins but will lower my numbers all around and go back.

Well if you ate out at a restaurant, they put tons of salt on stuff when they cook, so it's most likely sodium. Drink plenty of water.
