Two steps forward, and one step back. Signing up for an hour run for charity with a friends work so I guess in two months I should be ready.

The secret is that when backsliding not to backslide to far. Having healthy turkey soup for dinner.

Exhausted after a six hour drive through the mountains and eating crap on the way through. Time to get it together, regroup and then walk/jog and stay positive!

I miss living in the mountains, big time. Everything is just so much easier there. But I guess I will make the most of what I have.
