Day 2 of the MCD. Trying for 10 days of detox, but doing the SWF today was rough! Ugh..... It's 1:36 p.m. and I'm still feeling gross from it. Need to try to watch what I eat better, so that I won't feel the need to detox.

Okay...screwed up the Master Cleanse today! Ended up snacking and then eating dinner. Grrrr!

FOOD INTAKE:
Pre-Breakfast: SWF
Breakfast: (Skipped because I still felt sick from SWF)
Lunch: MC Lemonade + Garlic & Parmesan Pita Chips + piece of Symphony Bar Chocolate
Dinner: Meat Loaf + Potato Salad
Snack: Smooth Moves Tea
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
