LOL, 3.4lbs lost in 1 day. I guess I'm still dehydrated from my bike ride yesterday. It's fun to see a huge number like that though. Only 4 weeks at that rate and I'd reach my goal.
So tomorrow will probably see a significant gain, but it will be a more realistic indication of where I am. As long as it's less than what it was yesterday I'm still making good progress.
The kids had their last swim and gymnastics lesson for a few weeks yesterday. Should allow me to get a few more bike rides in.
