2131 kcal Fat: 86.18g | Prot: 62.96g | Carb: 126.66g.   Breakfast: Premium Saltine Crackers Original Minis, Sugar Free Metamucil, Cheddar Cheese , Chili Con Carne with Beans. Lunch: Mayonnaise , White Bread, Bacon, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Roasted Light Turkey Meat. Dinner: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Polska Kielbasa, Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Broccoli , Avocados , Butter . Snacks/Other: Feta Cheese , Olives, Pita Bite Crackers, Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey) , White Table Wine . more...
