I officially started January 23, 2013. I am now into phase 2 of the Atkins program and decided to try this site to track my carbs. I originally lost 25 lbs and am now at 184.5. I would like to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week, but tend to lose slowly. I have exercised very little up to this point because of back and hip problems. I am starting to exercise on a recumbent bike. So far, so good. I plan to start walking outside when the weather gets better here.
