Initial stationary bike ride was preset workout 2. 30 minutes. 6 miles. Burned 200 calories. Warm up & cool down at levels 3 & 4 resistance. The rest at levels 6 thru 10.

Did 10 more minutes at level 5. 10 minutes. Burned 66 more calories
