Wanted to go to Dairy Queen! Instead I made smoothies for hubby and myself. I used frozen pineapple, banana, frozen strawberries, and a few frozen cherries with some almond milk. It was frosty and filling. Tasted so good. I just want to eat and eat these days. gaining instead of losing. Will do better tomorrow. Haven't been to this site in a long time. Hello to all my Buddies. :)
