Stayed up tool late again last night and ate an extra 500 calories. Going to make it a priority to get to bed earlier and start fresh the next day. I've learned that's a big trigger for me. Still doing well on not eating junk food, and hit all my minimums yesterday. Started today off well too, an egg white omelette and only two tablespoons of creamer in my coffee, which is sadly a huge improvement for me. I've started using smaller cups and not making it quite as strong, as well as reducing creamer so that I can still enjoy it without the 300 calorie price tag.
