I did not actually weigh in for this day because I am very scrict about only weighing my self once a week or I start weighing myself everyday and that can get me a little down!! So this is my Sunday weigh in numbers.
Even though the challenge just started I have down well so far!
173.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
