Off to a great start this morning. I got up with the kids and we all went for a walk. I already drank two glasses of water and I will be done with four by the time I go to work.

Well I got in 14 glasses of water, and I will drink 2 more tonight. I ate a little more calories than I wanted, but that's okay. I am still under my recomended intake. This is going to be a lifestyle change that I can live with!
