Holding at 192.8. Think I might need to up my water intake. Will do that today, maybe shoot for 8 bottles of water instead of 6 today.

Made some excellent, albeit very spicy, turkey chili for dinner last night, served with a salad and some grapes for dessert. Very good. Will likely have some leftovers for lunch today. Tonight, chicken/bell peppers/onion stir fry.

No work out today, nothing unusual going on, should be a somewhat relaxing day....my daughter will be out a good portion of the day, I can do some writing or watch tv. These days are rare, I aim to enjoy it.

Have a good day my friends!

Good job on holding the weight scale. All of a sudden the lbs will come off. Your chilli sounds great. Thanks for the meal ideas. I made the macaroni (whole wheat) and hamburger you mentioned to me. It was very good and I must of made 8 servings and there is only four of us and it is all gone. Love that you write. What kind of writing? Have a great day.

I do some writing about tv shows from time to time as a hobby...reviews, character insights, etc. Haven't done any in a while, need to sit down and kick some ideas around. Mainly been supporting friends in their efforts of late, and I'm feeling the itch again myself. lol My chili has improved 100 fold since I started using Rotel tomatos with habaneros instead of the ones with chili peppers. It made all the difference in the world! My husband even complimented it, and he is very picky about his chili (not to mention usually grumpy because I used ground turkey instead of his favorite higher calorie ingredients). If you want to give it a try, I buy a hot chili seasoning packet (I read the ingredients to make sure there is no sugar added, Wal-Mart's brand is good), a can of Rotel with habaneros, two small cans of tomato sauce, two cans of kidney beans (I opt for one dark and one light), 1 lb of ground turkey, and an onion. I brown the turkey, then throw all of it in a crockpot on low for most of the day. Good, easy meal! :)
