hi, i wanted to know if anyone has tried Diet for Idiots? it says you lose 9 pounds in 11 days. every 11 days it changes the way you eat. i saw it on this site. i never heard of it. it makes sense. i might give it a try. would love any comments. thanks

where did u see this??Looked here under diets and the advanced search, did not see it, its ONE I NEVER heard of, thought i tryed them all,HA!!
