74.38 Kg (b]164[/b] Lbs) and 15.8% Fat.
I've been: Eating healthy when I can. Exercising (vigorously) at least once a week.
Sure the progress is slow, but I've achieved my aim of a lifestyle change. I still binge eat/drink once in a while, but I always manage to balance it up.
