Ok. Here we go! I have got to get my eating under control, or should I say snacking. I have a very large sweet tooth that seems to take over. I tend to make excuses or tell myself "I'll do better tomorrow". Tomorrow never seems to come, until today. Hopefully keeping a journal and tracking my eating will help me put things into perspective. Here's hoping! Wish me luck!
