I totally went of plan this week...mostly yestreday. I made a vegetable soup thos week with peppers, celery, cauliflower, carrotts, zuchini, and garlic...all low carb except for the carrotts...with beef broth, a can of diced tomatoes. So very good but a huge amount of carbs...had with bread and sour cream!!! Yesterday I had a bowl of veggie soup for breakfast...we went to the Norwich Inn for lunch where I totally lost it! Beer, corn chowder, pork sandwich. Ohh so damn good but the scale hated me this morning. I woke up feeling bloated and bloated...and bloated. Got onto scale and it told me 199. I feel as though I weigh 500 today. My face looks as though I have been in a fight that I lost...So...lets see what I consumed that could have caused me to feel and look so bad! I think it most likely was the bread...as I have but all illimated grains from my diet...I not only have a glass of beer but 2 slices of bread! Also the chowder was quite salty! I have an underlying self loathing that is just so sad. Have been struggling to loose with zero luck...I not only look really b ad but feel shity most all the time. Jen has me stressed to the max..s& l are in fl for gwens funeral...and here it is...april 1 and still have not lost one substantial pound this year...I feel so stupid.
