So much for breaking through my plateau... I was a pig yet again this weekend and will have to start over this week :(

My feet have been hurting a lot lately from a liquid nitrogen treatment I had to have, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to run yet, which is really upsetting. I want to do another 7+ miler, because I haven't run any significant distance in a while, and haven't had a really good workout in about a week. I feel so gross! But I think because of my feet, I'll go for a run tomorrow.

Looking forward to this fall at school, though I'm very nervous; I have 5.5 credits (6 classes!) as opposed to the 4 I had for my first 2 semesters... it will definitely be a challenge! Though I do think I do better when I'm very busy... it helps to motivate me. And hopefully I won't do as much mindless munching like I did last year which got me into the mess I'm dealing with now! I'm also hoping to actually stick with club swimming, or if my friends start a triathalon club, I'll join that. Also, there are free classes like yoga and pilates that students can go to, and I've already talked to my friends about going to them together. It should be a good year for fitness, assuming I have the time!

Just started a project for my mom, since I'm not getting enough hours from just lifeguarding. It is going to be a big job, but I'm happy because that means a lot of money!

Hope you all are doing better with your diets than I am!

aw - you can do it! don't get discouraged. weekends are hard. i'm finally at a place where i don't mind taking healthy options with me places. sounds like you're going to have a fun fall!
