YAY I lost another pound this week. I'm right on track at this rate I should be at my goal week by the middle part of Feb. 2011
141.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1392 kcal Fat: 23.50g | Prot: 87.59g | Carb: 209.27g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Milk (Nonfat with Added Vitamin A), 100% Whey Protein Powder, Frozen Mixed Fruit. Lunch: salad dressing, peach, Artisan Creations Pepperoni Pizza, tomato, red onion. Dinner: Red Baby Potatoes, Grilled Chicken. Snacks/Other: Light Fat Free Banana Cream Pie Yogurt, water, crystal light. more...
