It has been one busy day. WOW. Made a really good low Carb dinner. Parmesan crusted chicken is so delicious. My ALL time favorite is Stef's Faux Brocolli casserole. OMG so scrumptious!!!!
Fairly warm but cloudy all day. Rained off and on all day too. A bit of sleat mixed in from time to time. Other than that, a very long day.

Just logged my foods and I am way down on my veggies. Better luck tomorrow, although I am getting really sick of veggies again.:( This is why I fail at this.
