Bad weekend again. It seems that I do real well all week and then when I let myself splurge a little on the weekend it takes me about 2 days to totally recover from it and get back on the right track. I think that I am going to have to stop being so lenient with my diet on the weekends cause I am ruining all my work from the week by doing so.
