Good grief I've been HUNGRY for the past few days. It's a normal monthly thing for me...3 days of FEED ME hit like clockwork. Doing ok-ish and haven't let it get outta control really. Stayed up and watched some TV last night and got a little munch-happy. Peanuts & saltines...really Nicole??? LOL Made me glad I don't do the mindless TV thing very often and that I don't keep crap food in the house. Gonna pump up the protein today to see if that helps. Wish the weather had been better so I could have done more outdoor cardio over the past week, but I've been doing my weights & calisthentics when I can't get out, so hopefully that's been helping a little anyway. Will get outside this afternoon no matter what. The fact that tomorrow is weigh-in day is a GREAT motivator!!

I know that working out tends to make you more hungry, and studies have shown that working out for an hour is the same effectiveness as working out for only 30 minutes because an hour will make you more hungry and eat more...let me know if the protein helps!

I think the protein helped! 108 grams today, which is more than I've had since I started here. Hopefully the big eat is over...just in time for the weekend LOL
