Email to a old friend that's lost 47 pounds since I've seen her last. I told her I was inspired by her and told her why I've failed in the past. Her no nonsense approach, and comment that it was "easier than you think once you get in the habit", really hit home with me. I told her that...
..."I've been wanting to do something, but it seems “life” gets in the way after a week or two and I slide right back into old ways. I need to rearrange my thinking so that “life” is what I choose to do day in and day out, and just do the simple things like you have – watch what you eat, walk, and do it everyday rain or shine."
So, I'm rearranging my thinking.
