Not much progress since last weigh in.... I havent made any changes to my diet plan, i have introduced weights into my workout 3 times a week... maybe fat is converting into muscle???????? i hope so! This no change is kind of stressful!
129.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
