Slowly but surely i am getting closer to my 125lb goal! But although i am not there yet, my diet has completely changed from fast food quick bites, to Disciplined prepped meals at home. I am saving money and eating in portions.

Exercise - is part of my life now, not a "let me try to fit in in my schedule" i exercise at least 4 times a week mond-thurs.
129.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Herbalife   losing 0.1 lb a week
