Also trying to get at least 7 hrs of sleep each nite as studies have shown lack of sleep inhibits wt loss and it's also not good for my fibro flare. Try for 8 but that means being asleep by 8:00 so that doesn't work during the work week most days. Trouble sleeping sunday nite due to pain and was in this awful fog most of mon.
