I still haavve noo idea why the scale is not moving !!!! even though I exercise 1 hour a day, 7 days a week, once I start working out I gained a little and than everything stopped, it's almost 4 weeks and I am very frustrated :'(

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 March 2013:
921 kcal Fat: 61.63g | Prot: 59.68g | Carb: 41.70g.   Breakfast: brie cheese, avocado, organic broccoli florets, flax seed, extra virgin olive oil, lindsay sliced black olives. Lunch: chia seed, 7 oz tuna in water canned, romaine lettuce. Dinner: romaine lettuce, chia seed, skinless boneless kirkland chicken brests. Snacks/Other: raw almonds kirkland signature. more...

From your food list, it looks like you need to add more fats. Try dressings on your salad (blue cheese is my fav!).
