Off to the gym this afternoon. Feel like I haven't been to lift weights in over a month so why not. Will perhaps jog for ten minutes there and then ten minutes or so at home.

Guess these are some of the nice things about being unemployed.

Breakfast was bacon with nothing else, maybe three slices of bacon. Two cups of coffee and lunch was a simple salad with red pepper, baby romain lettuce, 1 oz mozza cheese, two slices of chopped bacon, and honey/oil/vinager dressing. My fav new salad. For dinner maybe fish and chips again. Homemade though not deepfried so maybe a tidbit healthier.

Sometimes its hard to know which diet to use and I think I must still be eating poorly to not be losing weight drastically.

Seeing myself as that thin girl seems damn well impossible some days but it is better to focus on what ive done then what still lies ahead of me.
