LB Loser's Journal, 23 March 2013

I'm a yo-yo dieter, having lost and gained weight countless times over the last 25 years. My most recent success was the 6-week Body Makeover by Provida. I lost 60 pounds. It was very healthy, and my body responded like magic. However, the food preparation is time consuming, and the choices restrictive. Depravation and not being able to eat like everybody else created a rebound + 25 pounds over the last three years. I'm currently trying to start Body Makeover again, looking at the Food Lovers diet or Low GI or creating something on my own based on all three.

You need to find a program that allows you to eat the foods you love in moderation. Other wise, you will still be on the yo-yo train. Anything that causes deprivation will usually rebound with people. It's about finding a balance that works for you.
