School getting stressful and im definitely not eating well. keep stress snacking and going for fast food. started working out again and its a huge stress relief!

How do you feel that its been going? What snacks have you been "stuck" with ?

I always go for cheese and crackers or cookies or what i have been doing lately is going for an ice cream. Not good. So iv been trying to ignore the urge and sometimes it works. sometimes it doesnt and when it doesnt now iv been chopping up cucumber and substituting the as "chips".

Thats is a good idea! substituing stuff for healthy things, just make sure you dont have "snacks" at home and it should give you a boost in the right directions, i tend to only have yogurt and granola at home, i would prefer some chocolate, but hey, yogurt works just as fine :P
