Pay attention to how those SF snacks effect you. For some reason they just made me want more! 100 no sugar added fudge pops was NOT good for me. lol I found it easier for me to stick to phase one without the sweet snacks, allowed or not. They saved a lot of people here though. Better to have one of those than to give in. Stay on plan and it will get easier and easier! Best wishes to you!

oh, i love the sugar free jello chocolate pudding. it tastes so good, especially when you're craving chocolate! i make it every now and then and put them in their own little tupperwares(the 1/2 cup ones are perfect) and keep 'em in the fridge. easy to grab, and throw a spoon of cool whip free on it too! i also make lots of jello, and every now and then, i'll do it with the "special twist" suggestion on the back of the box, with half the fluid being diet sprite...gives it a little kick... good luck! hope you find the combo that works for you!

just in case you didn't know... remember to limit sweet treats to 75-100 calories per day. some other suggestions are... sugar free hard candies, chocolate powder(no sugar added type), sugar free chocolate syrup, cocoa powder (unsweetened baking type), no sugar added fudgsicles, sugar free gelatin, sugar free gum, sugar free popsicles and sugar-free syrups .. someof the powders and syrups can be added to milk, yogurt, drinks, etc. sugar free products may also cause side effects of gastroinintestinal distress... if consumed in large amounts. I had to stay away from a lot of sweet treats because they still triggered an urge in me to want to eat MORE... so I had to just find things that did not trigger that urge to over-eat. I love the new recipe for the baked ricotta custard and Im going to try adding some cocoa powder to my next batch. good luck. Those sweets do really help, I just prefer to use the recipes from South beach and love some of them.

The SF candies are actually pretty tasty (had them when I did Adkins a year ago). WARNING: the may have a laxative effect caution on the candies is legit! :-) I remember taking in a bad with me to the movies and ate the whole bag (which is only like 6 pieces)...but my stomach did not appreciate it. If you can hear your stomach through the movie you're watching...ain't good. Just be careful.
