No problem. It's going good. I went off of Atkins for about a month due to boredom of my food choices after losing 30lbs,loss 5lbs during that time and decided it is the best plan from me and got backon it this week, which put me down 4lbs more. Gotta love what works right?

Were you working out durning this time? And if so what kind of workout.

Not really while I was on Atkins the first time. During the time I took abreak i was on my treadmill at least 2hrs a day doing 5 to 6 miles each day. And I also incorporated workout DVDs as well. I've been under the weather lately so haven't gotten back to working out but plan to again.
