Haven't lost any weight, in fact gained back what I had lost before. Pretty happy with the idea of going and doing the classes at the gym so I have a solid motivator to push me beyond my limits. I think if each of the classes is as hard as the one I did today. I'll see results pretty quickly over the next few months.
