Not quite sure how I've managed to pack on another 10 lbs. but I'm happy with my progress in the gym. I'm sticking to the exercises I was taught by the trainer at the gym when it comes to arms getting easier each week. I've been mixing up shoulders and back exercises. And going to the Chiropractor will hopefully help keep me from being so sore and worn out afterwards if my neck and shoulder issues start going away.

This weeks goals:
#1: Commit to Stretching! Need to become more flexible.
#2: Commit to Eating better, even if I have an occasional pig out day I want to find better foods to eat when I go out. And when at home I have to focus on shakes before, or after a workout.
#3: Keep Reading! Even though I just got a new DS I want to keep focusing on developing physically and mentally. It won't help me lose weight, but it will make me feel better.

Great job!! Keep up the good work! I wouldn't worry to much about the scale. Just keep doing what you're are doing and focus on the things you think will help you to feel better. And maybe throw in a walk here & there, fresh air and oxygen flow do wonders for mind, body, spirit!!
