I gained 2 lbs this week. While I did get to the gym everyday, I didn't eat well at all. I'm glad I stuck with recording everything. I see where I need to cut back on a lot of stuff. I need to eat a little less processed stuff too.
On a good note I ran 1 1/2 miles last night...it was tough. I think I get scared of that discomfort you feel when you really push yourself physically. I'm going to try for 2 miles tomorrow. I can't wait for it to warm up a little and I plan on trying to run outdoors with my dog. I know she misses our walks, I just can't stand this cold weather. I've been spoiled by so many years with living in warm weather year round.

Congrats on the 1 1/2 miles last night! I've been eating poorly as well, yesterday was the worst. BUT today is a new day for both of us! We can do it! :D

That stinks for the 2 lbs., but now that you can see what you need to cut out, that should help. Good for you on the running! I hope you make your 2 miles!!

Yep I finally bombed it today... Cinnamon rolls, chili, coffee and a little dark chocolate. Yum! No one one wants to be around me though. (I think the chili traveled quickly) lol!
