I ran 2 miles! It set the treadmill to 4.0, so it was a slow jog, but I don't care. Once I can run a 5K I'll start adding speed. Right now I just want to focus on distance.

Don't diminish your accomplishments, you just jogged 2 miles. 2 MILES! That is awesome!! You'll be running a 5K in no time! :D
