So...This will count not only as my first journal entry for my food and diet but also my first journal entry ever haha I guess most people would question why I am so concerned with losing weight/being in shape at only 21 and being fairly in shape as of now but I guess the only explanation is paranoia or concern if you prefer. I am a college student majoring in Public Health and Nursing and the day to day articles, statistics and straight facts on the weight of this country is overwhelming. I don't want to become another statistic of this fast growing obese population...and let's be honest at 21 I am also pretty concerned with finding someone to settle down with. I want to get married and have a family and have the foundation in order to raise my kids eating healthy and being physically active. So this begins my journey to a healthy me not only for the time being but for a lifetime :)

Yea for you! Have you ever heard of p90x? I am going to try it out once I get rid of about 50 lbs. Pretty intense! I am kinda doing the meal plan for it, high protein low carb, low fat. There ate different levels depending on you goals. I will email u a spreadsheet of the plan n u can find ur stage. U r already in good shape so it would help with getting ripped LOL..

Yea I have heard of it...me and Megan tried the ab ripper one night and it was SUPER intense lol But definitely send that spreadsheet my way and I will take a look at it. Right now I am just doing a lot of cardio until school starts back up and then I will jump on the weights there 2 or 3 times a week.
