oooh I love the whole grain pastas! I don't know if they make me feel any fuller but I do like the taste. Plus...they are just better for you Wink You have to get the right ones though. I love the Barilla whole grain.

Two new fast food options added to my list
I have found the best 2 options for me. Mc Donald's Grilled chicken sandwich with NO mayo and the Sonic grilled chicken sandwich with NO mayo. The meat is pretty juicy so it is never "dry" without the mayo. I guess I could carry my own ff mayo in the car to put on if I really wanted it! Also, I have STOPPED ordering combos. I make myself get a sandwich and a drink. NO FRIES. Although I have to admit, sometimes I sneak a couple of my daughter's fries. Smile I don't have the numbers right now but I know for certain both sandwiches are well under 400 calories...

I use my Droid to enter it. That is how I found this site. SO easy. I just scan the barcode on the item and BOOM there it is! Can't get any easier than that! Very Happy

yea as you keep using it your foods will be populate the "recently eaten" and it makes it much easier. I like the accountability. Gramma and me didn't do GREAT yesterday LOL....we had a coupon Partaay and ate a few things too many but not too bad! Getting ready to put everything in...yikes...
