Not a surprise I am up after my food choices yesterday. (sigh) I am still working for some type of weight loss for Saturday's weigh-in. . . I am readjusting my goal to 210.2. . . that will be at least something.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
