Well. . . you can see I missed my goal, by 1000 calories. Did you happen to know that one pint of Ben & Jerry's Key Lime pie ice cream is (drum roll. . ) 1040 calories? I just wanted something sweet and that was it. . . Once I took the lid off. . . I knew it would be gone. Good thing there are no more pints in the freezer. I totally forgot about this one until I had to get into the freezer last night.
So tomorrow I will try for 1000 total for the day, lots of veggies and low fat. I had 130 grams of fat today. That is 3x or 4x my average.
I wonder if this is how alcoholics feel? You take the lid off and throw it away. : (
