strayed a bit yesterday, but at least it was only one weekend day and not both. Back on track and hitting the treadmill today. I love the weekends, but man there hard on the diet life. But we can't quit living either.

that's right!! Weight Watchers works but you have to be consistent with your points or it won't come off!!!

I find the weekends harder too... but hitting that treadmill, you will have earned yourself some bonus points and made up for it. Just keep it up again this week... it will be worth it! :o)

Yeah, weekends are sooo hard, especially with Xmas coming up and in Australia, warm weather, BBQs etc. Anyway the treadmill sound great - I don't have one but I am trying to walk every day. You're still going well - keep it up. Cheers.
