I followed my diet this last week and lo and behold, it worked! Down 2.6 pounds. I know I can do this, it just takes will power. I knew I was eating too much to lose weight, but dang, it just tastes so good that I over eat. But I packed my lunch each day last week to keep me on the diet, and look at the results. I can do this. Someone at work asked how much I've lost and when I told her a total for 29 pounds, she said she could tell. My first compliment :) My 29 pounds are from the last time I went to a doctor and stepped on their scale.. I was 287. When I started using this website, I was at 266. That's why it looks so wonky.
