OMG!!!
I have really fallen off of the wagon and I really need a kick in the butt to get motivated and get going. I could use all of the help I can get. I know I have said this before but I have started doing the 17 day diet again today. I know I need to persevere and keep trying but holy crap its hard!!! I am also going back on to doing the wii fit - according to my husband while I was doing the wii fit before he saw a change in my toning and how I looked - good thing he saw it because I sure didn't. Anyway we will get back on track! My goal now is a bit more critical as my cousin that is the same age as I am and a little bit more overweight than I am has been diagnosd with diabetes. Unfortunately, even though it runs in my family I didn't think it could happen to me. Having my cousin getting it makes it seem a little bit too close to home for me.
