177.6 I really should weigh in but I HATE recording gains.
Yesterday was crazy for food but at least everything was legal. I had like zero vegetables other than the 1/3 cup of garlic eggplant in my omelette.
Today is another day... and yet I started with a grilled cheese sandwich. I had been by the one local store that sells Julian Bakery bread last Friday and splurged on the whole wheat sourdough paleo bread. We'll see how that goes, but its keeping quality (and flavour) is so much better than their almond or coconut paleo breads. So there will be more grilled cheese in my week because of having it. And probably an almond butter sandwich or two. And toast with my eggs! An egg sandwich. So probably no fat fast this week. LOL

I am transitioning back to Paleo after of week of head first into fried oysters (hey, it's the season at the beach!)and various and sundry other non-paleo foods. Need to go cold turkey this week to get the cravings under control, not to mention the gas, bloating and other yucky non-paleo food experiences...I wish us both a successful week!
