I am at my lowest weight in about 25 years. I stopped the yo-yo dieting and settled in at around 190 for a long time. I figured that was healthier than all the ups and downs. About a year ago, I knew I wanted to slim down. I slowly began to lose weight and even picked up more momentum after joining Fat secret. I feel great, i am happy and i am not PSYCHO about food anymore. I see how the scale reacts to a drop in weight, and how it fluctuates, especially after a loss. it may go up and down a bit, and then it does drop again...The scale is my friend and not my enemy. the scale does not control me. And most of all, I listen to what I really want. There are days i am more hungry, and that's OK. There are days i may be tired, and that's OK too. There are days i want a treat, and that's OK too! IT's all GOOD! On the flip side, there are days i work out like a warrior and I feel invincible, and that is really OK!
