Feeling good this week. I was sick a few days with upper respitory infection but i did not do bad at all. I went shopping and found out i am in size 16 now from 24
202.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
